Customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 1-3 business days after shipment. This commitment to prompt service is part of our dedication to providing a seamless shopping experience.

• Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm NZST.
• Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or other events that impact delivery & safety.
• Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding New Zealand Public Holidays).
